What do I wear?
Our dress code is cocktail attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be entirely indoors. February in the Midwest means we could have rain, sun, or slush — so we’d suggest a removable layer or two.
What’s the deal with St. Louis?
If you’re one of our out of town guests, welcome! Some (few) agree that St. Louis is the best city in the world. We’ve got killer food, more red bricks than we can be responsible for, and so very many hidden gems.
A first time visit to the city should follow this formula for success:
Three square meals a day, at a number of dining establishments (e.g. Southwest Diner for breakfast, Union Loafers or Mayo Ketchup for lunch, and any restaurant on the Hill for dinner).
+
A visit to any free attraction. Dealer chooses whether that’s the Zoo, the Art Museum, the Gateway Arch (though they do for the egg-shaped elevator ride to the top), the Science Center, or the Missouri History Museum.
+
Antique shopping along Cherokee Street.
+
Finish the night with drinks in Soulard, at the hole-in-the-wall bars tucked between the neighborhood’s Italianate row houses.
